Knife-over-Roll Coater (most widely used for curtain & sofa fabric back coating)
The fabric wraps around a supporting backup roll. Liquid acrylic emulsion is fed into the glue pool in front of the doctor blade. Adjust the gap between blade and fabric to control coating weight (30–160 g/㎡). Excess acrylic glue is scraped away to form an even single-side coating on fabric surface or back side.
