The combined process firstly applies uniform eco-friendly foam coating for full blackout, thermal insulation and sound absorption. Static flocking is then carried out on the coated base to form soft velvet touch, solving common issues like flocking shedding and uneven shading.
PVC-free and formaldehyde-free raw materials comply with OEKO-TEX and EU REACH standards. The streamlined workflow reduces production waste by 17% and improves finished product durability against repeated washing and folding.
