Flocking machine safety operating procedures
- Place the flocking machine in a dry place with good ventilation, no flammable and explosive items around, clean ground, no dust, and no dust. Do not cover the flocking machine with anything, and maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation.
- It is strictly forbidden to expose the flocking machine to rain, snow, and water vapor.
- The distance between the flocking machine and the operating construction point of electrostatic flocking equipment should be kept at least 2 meters. The fluff cleaning equipment puts the fluff into the flocking nozzle and fastens the screen cover.
- Make a special ground wire to make it well grounded, and completely connect the ground pole on the rear panel of the flocking machine to the ground wire.
- Prepare insulating gloves and insulating electrician rubber boots for construction. Depress the foot switch. If you can hear the "sizzling" sound of high-voltage discharge, it means that the machine is normal. Put on insulating gloves and insulating rubber boots to start flocking work.
- Insert the power plug into the power socket with a frequency of 220 volts AC and 50 Hz, and insert the foot switch plug into the foot switch socket. The connection must be firm. When flocking, adjusting the voltage adjustment can change the level of high-voltage output. The voltage should be adjusted according to actual needs during operation.
- Turn on the main power switch and observe whether the power indicator light is on. If everything is normal, proceed to the next step.
- After stopping flocking, you should first release the foot switch, then turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply.
