What kinds of flocking machines are there?
There are two common flocking machines. One is a flocking machine that outputs high frequency and high voltage. The frequency is generally tens of kilohertz, and the high voltage range is about 60,000 to 100,000. The output current is relatively small, usually at zero point. A few milliamperes. This down cultivation machine has the advantages of small size, light weight, easy operation, low manufacturing cost, and strong mobility. It is widely used in small-scale manual operations! There is also a flocking machine that outputs power frequency high voltage. The high voltage range is roughly between 40,000 and 80,000, and the output current is relatively large, usually 3 to 5 mA! This kind of The machine has shortcomings such as large size and heavy weight, but its performance is relatively stable and the repair rate is low! It is often used in large-scale assembly line flocking operations, or it may be used in stage flocking!
According to the different flocking products, choose the appropriate flocking method, which is generally divided into three types:
- The flocking machine is an assembly-line flocking machine. This flocking line can fully automatically complete the gluing, flocking, drying, and removal of fluff in one go, such as flocking cloth, leather, paper, and non-woven fabrics. , PVC, blister sheets, sponges, various handicrafts, toys, car plastic parts, storage boxes, car sealing strips, decorative strips, blister boxes, cardboard, calendars, couplets, New Year pictures, flocking of gift boxes printing.
- Box-type flocking: Make a flocking box according to the size and shape of the flocked product, place the fluff in the box, and turn on the power supply. In this way, a high-voltage electric field is formed in the flocking box, and the flocked product flows from the flocking box. One end is put into the box, and after three to five seconds, the flocking is completed and removed from the other end of the box, and the product is dried or air-dried.
- The nozzle type flocking is connected to the power supply, and the tens of thousands of volts of high-voltage static electricity generated by the flocking machine is output to the nozzle. The fluff in the nozzle is negatively charged, and then the adhesive is sprayed on the surface of the plant body and the nozzle is moved. Close to the object to be flocked, the fluff flies up from the nozzle to the surface of the object to be flocked under the effect of the high-voltage electric field, and is planted vertically on the surface of the object coated with adhesive.
